At our agency, we don’t just sell insurance, we help families protect what matters most. As a Life & Health Specialist, you’ll play a key role in guiding clients through important financial decisions, while building a career with real income potential and long-term growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Generate leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs
  • Educate clients on Life & Health insurance solutions tailored to their goals
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Work closely with the agent to hit and exceed sales goals
  • Consistently follow up and close opportunities to drive revenue
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Competitive mindset with a drive to meet and exceed goals
  • Proven sales experience (preferred)
  • Ability to confidently present and recommend solutions
  • Life & Health License (required)
  • FINRA licensing is a plus

Compensation $35,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
