Through all of it, she remained patient, professional, and incredibly helpful.

I especially appreciated that she stayed with me well after normal business hours to make sure everything was completed correctly. I started my quote around 4:30 PM and we didn’t finish until after 6:30 PM, yet she never made me feel rushed.

As a former insurance agent myself, I know I probably wasn’t the easiest customer today. 😅 I had a very specific budget and coverage structure in mind, which meant asking her to remove several optional coverages and rerun numbers more than once.
